Built for Junior Development

Our youth squash lessons help players ages 6–17 build strong fundamentals, stay active, and develop confidence on court. We coach beginners through advanced junior players, focusing on swing mechanics, footwork, movement, racquet control, and game awareness.

Whether your child is new to the sport or preparing for high school and college squash, our coaching builds a foundation for long-term success. We offer both youth private lessons and youth group lessons.

Why Youth Squash?

Squash is one of the best sports for young athletes who want to stay active, improve coordination, and develop discipline in a fun and challenging environment. Our kids squash lessons help players build movement skills, balance, endurance, and confidence while learning a sport they can play for life.

In addition to physical development, squash teaches focus, decision-making, resilience, and sportsmanship. For families looking for junior squash coaching, youth sports training, or a healthy activity that supports long-term athletic development, squash is an outstanding option. Who We Coach

Beginner Youth Players

Perfect for kids who are new to squash and want to learn the fundamentals in a supportive environment. Players learn basic swing technique, movement patterns, rules, and court safety while building confidence and comfort on court.

Intermediate Youth Players

Designed for players who already understand the basics and want to improve consistency, movement, shot quality, and match awareness. These lessons focus on skill development, better court positioning, and stronger rally habits.

Advanced & Competitive Juniors

Built for athletes preparing for tournament play, high school squash, and college squash recruiting. Training includes advanced movement, shot selection, tactical awareness, match preparation, and higher-level intensity.

A Strong Foundation for Life

One of the biggest benefits of youth squash lessons is that they build a foundation that lasts well beyond the early stages of learning. Squash is a lifelong sport that promotes fitness, discipline, mental toughness, and confidence. Our goal is not only to help players improve now, but to give them the technical skills, movement habits, and love for the game that will serve them for years to come.

Whether a player wants to enjoy squash recreationally, compete in junior squash, represent a high school squash team, or pursue college squash, we help them build the right foundation from the start.

Private & Group Lessons

Youth Private Squash Lessons

One-on-one coaching tailored to the individual player's age, skill level, and goals. Private lessons are ideal for players who want personalized feedback, faster improvement, and a training plan built specifically around their development.

Private instruction is a strong option for:

  • New players who want a clear introduction to the game
  • Intermediate players looking to fix technical issues and improve consistency
  • Competitive juniors preparing for high school squash, tournaments, and college squash

Youth Group Squash Lessons

Skill development with energy, competition, and fun. Group training gives players the chance to improve alongside other junior athletes while building confidence through drills, movement work, and live play.

Group lessons are ideal for:

  • Kids learning the game with others at a similar level
  • Players who want to improve movement, rallying, and match play
  • Families looking for a fun and active youth sports program
